Nicholsons Solicitors occupies new city-centre premises at Prospect House, Norwich

Nicholsons Solicitors has recently moved its Norwich office to Prospect House on Rouen Road in Norwich.

The firm has moved into newly-refurbished premises at the landmark building, commonly known as the home of the Eastern Daily Press and which is the current headquarters of both Archant and Alan Boswell Group.

Nicholsons Solicitors first opened offices in Norwich in 2012 to serve a growing client need west of its traditional base of Waveney and the east coasts of Norfolk and Suffolk. In recent years, an expansion in both the amount of client worked carried out in Norwich and staff based in the city resulted in a series of moves to successively larger premises, culminating in our most recent move to Prospect House.

Mark Nicholson, Nicholsons Solicitors managing partner, says: “having recently expanded our Norwich team, we recognised a need for larger Norwich premises, and we have been delighted to secure space in arguably one of Norwich’s most iconic buildings. Relocating to the city centre will benefit not only our staff but our clients too, with parking available on site and close proximity to all of Norwich’s main transport links. The newly-refurbished, modern offices are the perfect place for us to continue our expansion into the Norwich market, and we are looking forward to welcoming both clients and contacts alike to our new offices as soon as it is safe to do so”.
