Andrew Butcher

Andrew Butcher is Nicholsons’ Head of Operations and Finance, playing a key role in the firm’s management processes. Andrew’s remit includes both strategic and operational input into delivering the firm’s business plan, the development of our support teams and providing the key financial information for decision making and statutory reporting.

Andrew joined Nicholsons in 2023, bringing twenty-years of experience as Head of Finance and Facilities for a large regional firm of Chartered Accountants. He completed both his accountancy degree and masters degree at UEA and gained his ACCA qualification in 2002. Andrew spent the following nine years in Practice Management roles within GP Practices.

A devoted father and keen traveller, Andrew spends his free time playing tennis, guitar and as a volunteer editor and writer for an online newspaper for aspiring journalists.
