Jennifer Lee

Jennifer Lee is an Associate specialising in commercial property. She advises on a range of matters including landlord and tenant, commercial leases and renewals and sales and acquisitions of a wide range of properties. She assists with the property matters arising from corporate commercial transactions and estate planning.

As part of this work Jennifer also deals with the first registrations of property, secured lending and refinancing. Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and spent several years before and after qualification working in Norwich for a leading commercial law firm before joining Nicholsons in 2019.
