Jade Tinney

Jade joined Nicholsons in May 2020 as a partner in the Commercial Property Department, having previously headed up the Commercial Department at a local regional firm. She qualified as a solicitor in March 2015.   

Based in Norwich but also working from our Lowestoft office, Jade undertakes a wide range of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, development, secured lending and landlord and tenant law. In addition, Jade deals with agricultural and rural property matters for our farming and landowner clients. She also advises charities and those in the not-for-profit sector. 

In the Legal 500 Directory (2020), Jade is described as being “the ultimate professional”, with one of her clients commenting that they “have received excellent legal advice from [her] over the past years. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable but remains both approachable and understanding”.
