Kate Duberley

Kate is a Trainee Solicitor in our Residential Property team, joining Nicholsons in July 2022 as a Conveyancing Executive. Kate graduated from The University of Law with honors in 2015 and completed her Masters in Law in 2020 whilst working at other conveyancing firms in Norwich.

Kate has experience in a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, dealings with unregistered land and new build properties.
